Semi Long

Today I did some semi long track.

Normaly I have shorttrack training on friday but this friday there's a shorttrack clinic so no training session. I just wanted to be on the ice try some stuff out so I went to a rink not so far from my place. They have a semi long-track there, it's only 220m. It was pretty nice and it was easy to go fast without the usual pressure on the legs.

semi long trackin might become a lil tradition if I'm out of shorttrack hours!

It took about 3 hours to get there but hey I sat on a great lazy couch all day watching long-track F1 and Fifa pro...

I bought this book at LAX and started reading in the plane it wasn't really working for me back then just a week ago I was outta books and gave it another try and now I love it!

the next step for me was watching the episodes of the tv serie. ( I just saw season 4 has already started in the USA) I just saw the very first episode (yeah we dutch are far behind considering tv shows) anyway I really like the actors they're well cast though I'm not sure If i'd like the show as much without reading the book. I think it gives an extra depth to the show by knowing the book.

anyway I have a few episodes to watch!
